My name is Oli Edgar and I am a craftsman/skateboarder/surfer from Northern Ireland.

From a young age, skateboarding has always been my passion, not just skating but everything about it! The skate/surf culture, the lifestyle which surrounds it and the history behind it.

I have been making skateboards for the best part of 5 years now and a couple of years ago, I decided to make it into a business. I started Deadline Skateboards in 2013 with the hope of preserving the craftsman’s approach to manufacturing, which has seemingly been lost today!

I hope that through Deadline, I can give people an insight into the importance of craftsmanship, whilst providing them with something that is both personal and functional.

All my boards are individually crafted, from start to finish, here in my workshop in Northern Ireland, using local and exotic woods. I take pride in making all my boards the original way, by hand!
